Hi, my name is Matthew Westrich. I have been a doctor of Chiropractic for 18 years now and I can’t think of anything I would rather do. From the time anyone ever asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up I always said I want to be a Chiropractor. Today I get to live my dream and help thousands of people regain their health and life through a hands on, drug-less and surgery free health profession.

I was influenced at a very early age by a Chiropractor that was treating my mom for chronic headaches and TMJ. I remember going with my mom when I was still in preschool and seeing how my mom responded to her regular treatments. I could see it made a difference in her life and I could feel the difference in mine when I got adjusted too. I think it was seeing my mom being help and wanting to help other in the same way that made me want to be a Chiropractor.

Life was not always easy for me. I grew up with a learning disability from kindergarten till 9th grade and I struggled in English, math and science. I worked hard and managed a “B” average in high school and throughout college. In high school I also wrestled and played football and on the weekends I managed a small lawn business.

I graduated from Miami Palmetto Senior High in 1997 and then went to Miami Dade Community College for my Associate degree. I graduated from Florida State University with a bachelors in biology and a minor in Chemistry in 2002. I then went on to Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas Texas where I became a doctor of Chiropractic in 2005.

Before graduating Chiropractic College I worked abroad in Mexico City treating patients to help out at a new Chiropractic school for eleven weeks. It was a great learning experience and a lot of fun. Since graduating I have worked in a couple different locations of south Florida with a couple different doctors. I am always eager to learn when it comes to helping people. Over the years I have been able to help thousands of people in my home town and they have helped me fulfill my dreams. We have two wonderful kids Isaac and Addy and hopefully one of them will grow up to be a chiropractor. Finally, in May of 2018, I have opened my own Chiropractic office MNJ Chiropractic Clinic in the heart of Palmetto Bay. I love being in my office and I hope you do too. I can’t wait to meet you. Please call and come on in. (786) 429-1899.
